WrkPath (“WrkPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at wrkpath.com (the “Site”), an
online job board that connects job seekers (“Candidates”) with employers and recruiters (“Employers”).
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the
choices and rights you have. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as
described in this Policy.

- Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Account information. When you register as a Candidate or Employer, we collect your first and last
name, username, email address, phone number, and password. - Candidate profile and resume data. If you create a Candidate profile or upload a CV/resume, we
collect the information it contains, which may include your work history, education, skills,
certifications, photo, location, salary expectations, and any other details you choose to include. - Employer and company information. If you register as an Employer, we collect company details
such as company name, description, logo, industry, location, website, and contact information,
along with the content of the job postings you create. - Applications. When a Candidate applies to a job through the Site, we collect the application
materials submitted, such as a resume, cover letter, and answers to screening questions. - Job alerts and newsletter preferences. If you sign up for job alerts or our newsletter, we collect
your email address and your alert criteria (such as keywords, categories, and locations). - Payment and payout details. If you purchase a paid service (such as a job posting package) or
request a withdrawal or refund, we collect billing information and transaction details. Card and
account details are collected and processed by our payment providers, not stored by us (see
Section 6). - Communications. Information you provide when you contact us through our contact form, by
email, or through support requests.
Information collected automatically - Usage data. We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Site, such as
the pages you view, searches you run, jobs you click, links you follow, and the dates and times of
your visits. - Device and log data. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, device
identifiers, and referring URLs. - Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5 for details.
Information from third parties - Social sign-in. If you register or log in using Google, we receive information from Google such as
your name, email address, and profile picture, in accordance with your Google account settings
and Google’s privacy policy. - Security services. Our Site is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and
interaction data to distinguish humans from automated traffic. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the
Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and provide the Site’s features and services;
- Display Candidate profiles to Employers and job postings to Candidates, and facilitate applications
and hiring connections; - Send job alerts, application updates, account notices, and other service communications;
- Send our newsletter and marketing communications, where you have opted in (you can
unsubscribe at any time); - Process payments, subscriptions, refunds, and withdrawals;
- Personalize your experience, including suggesting relevant jobs, categories, and locations;
- Monitor, analyze, and improve the Site’s performance, features, and usability;
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, spam, fake job postings, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
- How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information in the following circumstances:
- Between Candidates and Employers. The core purpose of the Site is to connect job seekers with
employers. Information in your Candidate profile, resume, and applications is shared with
Employers as described in Section 4. Employer and company information is displayed to
Candidates and other Site visitors.
- Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf,
including website hosting, payment processing (Stripe and PayPal), email delivery, analytics, and
security (Google reCAPTCHA). These providers may access personal information only as needed to
perform their services. - Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in
good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal process, protect our rights or
property, protect the safety of our users or the public, or investigate fraud. - Business transfers. If WrkPath is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part
of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of
any change in ownership or use of your personal information. - With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your
direction.
- Profile and Application Visibility
Because WrkPath is a job marketplace, some of your information is visible to others by design. Please
keep the following in mind:
- Candidate profiles. If you publish a Candidate profile, it may be viewable by registered Employers
and, depending on your settings, by other visitors to the Site through candidate listings and search. - Applications. When you apply to a job, your application materials are shared with the Employer
that posted the job. Some postings direct applications by email, phone, or to an external website;
information you submit through those channels is governed by the Employer’s own privacy
practices, not this Policy. - Employer pages. Company profiles and job postings are public and may be indexed by search
engines. - Your control. Do not include information in your public profile or resume that you do not want
visible to Employers, such as government ID numbers or financial account details. You can edit or
remove your profile information from your account dashboard at any time.
We cannot control how Employers or other users use information you make available to them through
the Site. We encourage Employers to handle Candidate data responsibly and in accordance with
applicable law, but each Employer is responsible for its own privacy practices.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) to operate the Site. These
include:
- Essential cookies that keep you logged in, remember your session, and enable core functionality;
- Preference cookies that remember your settings, such as saved searches and layout choices;
- Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it;
- Security cookies used by services such as Google reCAPTCHA to protect the Site from abuse.
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting them. If you
disable essential cookies, parts of the Site (such as logging in) may not work properly.
- Payment Information
Payments on the Site, including job posting purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and withdrawals, are
processed by third-party payment providers, currently Stripe and PayPal, and in some cases by wire
transfer. We do not store full payment card numbers or bank account credentials on our servers.
Payment providers process your payment data in accordance with their own privacy policies, available at
stripe.com/privacy and paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full.
We retain transaction records (such as the amount, date, and item purchased) for accounting, tax, and
fraud-prevention purposes. - Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Site’s
services. We also retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes,
prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify
your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required or permitted
by law. Note that Employers who received your application materials before deletion may retain copies
under their own policies. - Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal
information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and security tooling such as
reCAPTCHA. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for
notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access to your account. - Your Privacy Rights and Choices
- Access and update. You can review and update most of your account and profile information at
any time through your dashboard. - Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting us
using the details in Section 15. - Email preferences. You can unsubscribe from job alerts and marketing emails using the link in any
such email or through your account settings. We may still send you transactional or service
messages (such as password resets and payment receipts). - Cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings as described in Section 5.
- California and Other US State Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Virginia,
Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, or Utah), you may have some or all of the following rights, subject to legal
limits:
- The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you;
- The right to access and receive a copy of your personal information;
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- The right to delete your personal information;
- The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising
(we do not sell personal information as defined by these laws); - The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

using the information associated with your account and respond within the time required by applicable

International Users
The Site is operated from the United States and is intended primarily for users seeking jobs and hiring in
the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, you understand that your information will
be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ
from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or
another jurisdiction with data protection laws, we process your personal information on the legal bases
of contract performance, our legitimate interests in operating the Site, your consent where required,
and compliance with legal obligations. You may have additional rights under those laws, which you can
exercise by contacting us.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone
under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we
will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact

Third-Party Links and Services
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including Employer websites, external application pages,
and social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We
encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit through a link on our Site.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last
updated” date at the top of this page, and if the changes are material, we will provide additional notice,
such as by email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an updated
Policy takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
